This is a two wheel all steel construction cart made by the Pacific carriage company. This cart is set up for a drafts. It can be used in combined driving, training, pleasure driving, show, marathons or what ever you may need it for. It is black in color with white pin striping. In excellent shape. The shafts that i have for it are the marathon type, you may buy the regular style shafts for it if need. Also have the wedge seat with cushion along with regular style seat also.
